About the role
This team is building route and water-chemistry tracking software and needs someone who runs both sides of pool service. The recurring cleaning routes pay the bills week to week, but the money is in green-pool recoveries and equipment swaps. They want an operator who can explain how techs log chemistry and how repair work gets flagged and sold.
What you will do
- Walk us through weekly cleaning routes and how techs log water chemistry.
- Walk us through green-pool recoveries and chemical dosing decisions.
- Walk us through quoting pump, filter, and heater repairs and replacements.
- Walk us through seasonal openings and closings and how they get scheduled.
About you
- You own or manage a pool and spa service business
- You have run cleaning routes and quoted equipment work
- Three or more years in the trade
- Comfortable on a recurring video call
Compensation
This role pays $85/hr, invoiced after each session. You are told the rate before any call and paid for your time whether or not anything else comes of it. Most engagements start with one or two calls (ongoing advisory), and operators who know their numbers are invited to ongoing paid advisory.
Logistics
- Location: Remote, US. Calls happen over video.
- Time commitment: 2 to 4 hrs / month, on a schedule that works for you.
- Recording only happens with your consent, and your company details stay confidential.
