Apply to a role
Find your trade on the open roles page and fill out a short application. Tell us how your business runs. It takes a few minutes.

We reach out to schedule
If it is a fit, we contact you to book a remote call at a time that works. You are told the rate up front. It is $80 an hour.

Get paid, and get asked back
You talk through your work, you get paid, and strong operators are invited to more paid sessions as the teams keep building.

Who we are looking for
People who have done the work
- Owners, general managers, and operations leaders
- Three or more years in the trade
- A real grip on how the day and the money move
- Comfortable talking through workflows on a call
