Sit for a paid interview
One remote hour. We walk through how your business actually runs, from the moment a lead comes in to the day the invoice clears. You are paid for your time.
Get invited back, if you want
Strong operators are invited to further paid work: deeper advisory sessions, reviewing what we build, or becoming a design partner on a tool for your trade.
Straight terms
- Interviews are paid, and you are told the rate up front

- Three or more years in the trade

This is a research and advisory engagement, not a sales seat and not a full-time job. Any future work is optional and discussed separately. You are paid whether or not anything else comes of it.
