About the role
This team is building crew scheduling and billing software and keeps tripping over how landscaping actually bills. Recurring mowing gets invoiced one way, a paver patio install another, and weather blows up the calendar every week. They want an owner who can walk them through how a real season gets planned and collected.
What you will do
- Walk us through weekly route planning and how weather reshuffles the week.
- Walk us through billing recurring maintenance versus one-off install jobs.
- Walk us through quoting design and hardscape work against materials and labor.
- Walk us through seasonal swings, from spring cleanups to winter plowing.
About you
- You own or manage a landscaping or lawn care business
- You run both maintenance routes and project installs
- Three or more years in the trade
- Willing to be recorded on a call
Compensation
This role pays $70/hr, invoiced after each session. You are told the rate before any call and paid for your time whether or not anything else comes of it. Most engagements start with one or two calls (paid interviews), and operators who know their numbers are invited to ongoing paid advisory.

- Location: Remote, US. Calls happen over video.
- Time commitment: 1 to 2 calls to start, on a schedule that works for you.
- Recording only happens with your consent, and your company details stay confidential.
